● Pick-Up parts for Gaging
● Assure Suspect Material is Placed on Hold
● Perform Final Audit
What Success Looks Like (How)
The Quality Representative (QR) is responsible for gathering product at a specified frequency and delivering the parts to the Gagers to measure product characteristics.
The QR is responsible to inspect product per customer quality standards. If non-conforming material is identified, the QR must immediately communicate the issue to the Manufacturing Department and follow the NCM process. The QR will create a non-conforming ticket and determine the location of all suspect product in the building.
For final audit, the QR is responsible for reviewing a designated number of boxes per skid. This audit is to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and general condition of the product. If a non-conformance is identified, the QR must immediately communicate the issue to the Manufacturing Department and follow the NCM process.
The QRs may periodically be tasked with inspecting product per NCM instructions and assisting other members of the Quality Department as needed.
Competencies
In this position you may be required to routinely walk, stand for extended periods of time, and have specific vision abilities related to depth perception and color vision. You may also be required to lift and carry items weighing less than 25 lbs. While performing this position, you will often be exposed to moving or mechanical parts and moderate noise levels found in a manufacturing environment. Supervisory Responsibilities None Work Environment 90% Production, 10% Laboratory This role is partially carried out on the production floor. The production floor is an industrial manufacturing environment that is, at times, noisy and fast paced with constant movement of heavy equipment. The indoor climate is seasonably warm during summer months, comfortably cool during winter months. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required which includes approved eye protection.'

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience
- Plastic Injection Molding experience
